Getting Started: Please read the user guide before using Vertiball
VERTIBALL DOES NOT MOUNT TO WALL?
- Do NOT mount to plaster or wallpaper walls as it may cause damage to your wall.
- Vertiball can mount to most smooth surfaces including metal, plastic, laminate and a wide-range of painted drywall surfaces. Drywall surfaces must be sealed with at least two coats of paint.
- Vertiball will NOT mount to textured surfaces such as textured drywall, wood, brick or concrete. Plenty of surfaces in your home or office will support your Vertiball. Watch our "How To" video if you are still unsure.
HOW LONG DOES VERTIBALL STAY ON WALL?
- After 30 minutes of using Vertiball, remove from the wall and re-clamp to restore any lost suction.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- When your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive email notifications with tracking and delivery updates. Reach out to email@example.com if you have any questions about your order.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
- Vertiball cannot currently guarantee shipping times due to ongoing changes with COVID-19 and civil unrest in the United States.
- US orders (3-10 days) are $6.95 with free shipping over $75. Express Shipping (2-3 days) is $12.50.
- Canadian orders (4-14 days) are $15.
- European orders (4-14 days) are $15.
- Australian and New Zealand orders (4-14 days) are $15.
- All other International orders (4-14 days) are $25.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Vertiball is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Vertiball is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Route shipping insurance is available on all orders at checkout. All orders with Route shipping insurance will be covered if lost, damaged or stolen during shipping.
If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your Vertiball, you have until January 31st for all holiday orders to return it with a money-back guarantee. All returns must be returned in the original packaging.
1. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please keep in mind, we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
2. Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business day to process a refund.
3. Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect on your original method of payment.
